The short version: this website collects nothing about you.
What we collect
Nothing. There are no accounts, we run no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels, and we set no cookies. There is no database behind this site — every page is a static file, and nothing you do here is recorded by us.
The forms
Neither form on the contact page submits anywhere — not the message form, and not the Smoke Session request. Each one assembles what you typed into a message and opens it in your own email program, addressed to us. Nothing leaves your device until you press send yourself, and nothing you type is transmitted to or stored by this website — including if you change your mind and close the tab.
The Smoke Session request is a request, not a booking. There is no calendar system here and no third-party scheduling service; the date and time you pick are simply written into that email, and nothing is confirmed until we reply.
What your browser stores
One thing. If you switch the lights out, your browser remembers that in local
storage under cg-lights so the room is still dark on your next
visit. It holds no identifier, it never leaves your browser, and clearing your
browsing data removes it. Nothing else is stored, and no colour or theme
preference is kept — that always follows your operating system.
Third parties
None.
Everything the site itself loads is served from this domain. No Google Fonts, no CDN, no analytics of ours, no embedded video and no social widgets — every font, image, stylesheet and script in the pages we build comes from cannigrow.com.
The site does link out to Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook. We send them nothing about you, but once you follow a link you are on their website and their privacy policy applies, not this one.
Server logs
Like any website, the web host records standard request logs — IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp — for security and diagnostics. Those are kept by the hosting provider under their own retention policy. We do not use them to build a profile of you and we do not share them.
If you email us
We will have your email address and whatever you wrote, kept so we can reply and keep track of the conversation. You will not be added to a mailing list, and we will not pass it on. Ask and we will delete the correspondence.
Your rights
Because we hold nothing, there is usually nothing to access, correct, export or delete. The exception is email you have sent us. Write to support@cannigrow.com and we will handle it.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes
If this ever stops being accurate, the page and the date at the top change with it.
